The Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order (2005) puts the responsibility firmly on businesses to carry out their own Fire Risk Assessments.

 

This involves assessing the risk, probability of a fire and its consequences. You are then in a position to take the appropriate measures to eliminate or reduce these risks in order that the staff members and customers are safe and you as a Company are protected.
